At Cambridge Law we understand the importance of the family unit. With our expanding family law practise we aim to ensure that the best outcome is achieved for our client and that any family arrangement is in the best interests of the child.

We advise clients on prenuptial agreements, reconstruction of assets and property transfers at appropriate stages of their relationship. We are experienced in acting in divorce and family law proceedings and also advise clients as to their rights arising from de facto relationships.

The majority of matters currently come before the Federal Magistrates Court or the Family Court, which can make orders covering: care of children, child maintenance, financial support, property settlements, parenting plans, restraint (AVOs), parenting orders and spousal maintenance. No matter what the nature of the dispute, our experienced legal practitioners will do their very best to ensure that matters are resolved effectively and efficiently whether this may involve Alternative Dispute Resolution or appearance before the Court
